The USPTO will celebrate World IP Day 2018, using this year’s theme of “Powering Change: Women in Innovation and Creativity” on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 4:00 – 6:30 PM at 2237 Rayburn House Office Building. The focus of the program will be how women come up with game-changing and life-enhancing innovation that transforms and improves our lives while empowering other woman to do the same. The program will celebrate the brilliance, ingenuity, drive and courage of the women driving change and shaping our world. Reception to follow the event.
USPTO Director Andrei Iancu, Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property, will provide opening remarks followed by this panel of inspirational women inventors and innovators.
